Course Overview

This course will guide you through the expectations and components of case management. The case manager is the point person and key advocate for a student's individual learning plan or accommodation plan. Successful case management involves communicating and collaborating with all members of the ILP team, as well as ensuring the follow through of the ILP. We'll learn how to ensure that student voice in integrated throughout the whole process.
