Karli Koning has served in a variety of positions over the past 2 decades as an educator.  From a classroom teacher to consultant and now administrative, she has always come from a lens of servicing those who are often marginalized.  This has included working as a special education teacher, behavior specialist, and leading district groups to develop multi levels of support for academics, social-emotional, and behavior.

As a behavior analyst (BCBA), Karli has worked with families and schools throughout Asia and the now the USA. This includes using research based curriculums/interventions, and data driven decisions to make program and individual changes.

Working with SENIA since 2012, Karli is excited to support the mission of the organization and  help expand the vision through education and advocacy.  he hopes to someday move back abroad and help schools create programs to support all levels of students.
