Graduating with a degree in French from Hanoi National University of Education in 2018, Kim began her teaching career, specializing in French and English instruction. Her passion for Inclusive education took a meaningful turn when she started working with special needs students at Reigate Grammar School's elementary department in 2019. As a Shadow Teaching Assistant, Kim provided invaluable support to students with Dysgraphia and Dyslexia, fostering an inclusive learning environment where every student could thrive.

Joining UNIS Hanoi in 2021, Kim expanded her teaching experience across various grade levels. She facilitated workshops on inclusive education, sharing her expertise in supporting students with diverse learning needs. Fluent in Vietnamese, English, and French, Kim believes in the power of education to transform lives. She is dedicated to creating supportive learning environments where all students feel valued and empowered to succeed.
