Refund Policy

At SENIA Academy, we are committed to providing quality learning experiences. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Before requesting a refund, please note that course deferral is permitted without penalty. Please review the following refund policy carefully.

  • Course Deferral Option: As an alternative to a refund, you may request to defer your enrollment to a later course date. Deferral requests must also be submitted in writing to Andrea at Andrea@SeniaInternational.org

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be issued if no coursework has been submitted, and the request is made in writing within 5 days of the course start date.

  • Refund Process: All refund requests must be sent via email to: courses@SeniaInternational.org. Please include your full name, course name, and the reason for the refund request.

  • Non-Refundable Courses: If coursework has been submitted or the refund request is made after the 5-day period, no refund will be provided; however, we will be happy to offer you the option to defer your registration to a later course.
